Pro / trade entry
Professional photographers, filmmakers, content creators and image-making industry representatives can apply for FREE entry to the show. All applications are verified as it is essential for us to understand our visiting audience and have an accurate breakdown of attendees in order to fulfil our visitor attendance audit and tailor the show content appropriately. Student entry
Students who are currently studying a degree or equivalent qualification in photography, video or a directly related subject can visit the show free of charge on Monday, 10 and Tuesday, 11 March. Those wishing to visit over the weekend can purchase a Concession entry ticket. We do ask for institution ID information to support student entry applications.

Children
Children under 5 go free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 5-14 go free but a ticket is required for them. Children aged 15-17 can attend at the concession rate. All under 18s should be accompanied by an adult. Baby changing facilities are available at ExCeL and we will have a quiet room for breastfeeding, should it be needed.
Refund policy
We operate a no refund policy (stated here) on tickets bought this year for this year’s show.
